By accessing or using TerraNova's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

TerraNova operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing to our services: You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected service tracks on a recurring monthly basis. Fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to services until the end of the period for which you have paid. You may pause your subscription at the end of any billing period. Your task board and previous work will be preserved and available when you reactivate.

Upon payment for services rendered: All code, designs, assets, documentation, and other deliverables created specifically for you become your property. Full intellectual property rights are transferred to you upon delivery. TerraNova retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the engagement. We also request minor attribution rights and the ability to showcase select work in case studies, with your approval. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any materials, content, or assets you provide to us for use in your project.

Our service operates on a request-based system: You may submit unlimited requests to your task board. We work through requests one at a time to ensure quality and focus. Turnaround times vary based on complexity. Most requests are completed within 48-72 hours. Larger features may take longer, and we will provide estimated timelines. Revisions are unlimited. We work with you until you are satisfied with the deliverable. We reserve the right to decline requests that are illegal, unethical, or outside our stated service offerings.

As a client, you agree to: Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver services effectively. Respond to requests for clarification, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner to avoid delays. Ensure that any materials you provide do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information: We will not disclose your business information, project details, or any confidential materials without your consent, except as required by law. You agree not to disclose our internal processes, pricing arrangements, or other confidential business information. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: TerraNova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We make no warranties or representations about the suitability of our services for any particular purpose.

Either party may terminate the service relationship: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. We may suspend or terminate your access to services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you will receive all completed work and source files for which payment has been received.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time: We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through our website. Your continued use of services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
